We all need to have moments of calm, and when the world is feeling like a dumpster fire, we need something to help us feel calm, relaxed and unstressed.
This tisane will be a beautiful way to relax and calmly allow your body to de-stress, and knock anxiety back a couple notches. The best way to enjoy this tisane is to brew this blend and allow yourself to disconnect from social media and screens. A Cup of Calm while originally called Sleep Well was developed to relax one before bed, however it really is best to calm one down when it all becomes too much.
So, make yourself a Cup of Calm, read a book or practice some self-care, perhaps enjoy with a bath, while disconnecting and allowing yourself to get a well deserved break from all that is stressful in our world.
Cup of Calm Herbal Tisane
Ingredients: Rose petals, lemon balm leaves, calendula petals, lavender flowers, Egyptian chamomile flowers, linden flowers, elder flowers.
Directions: 1 heaped tbsp, use boiled water and steep for 5 – 10 mins.
