This is a wickedly divine herbal tisane that tastes like raspberry and lemon sherbet! Organic Ingredients: Dehydrated apple pieces, hibiscus petals, rosehip pieces, lemon peel, chamomile, cornflower petals, strawberry leaves, raspberry pieces, lemon balm, rooibos, calendula petals.
Directions: 1 heaped tbsp, use boiled water and steep for 5 – 10 mins. To cold brew for iced tea, 2-4 tablespoons into iced tea jug, allow to sit in sun for 2 hours, or put in fridge overnight. Remove the herbs and enjoy plain or with stevia or honey.
