A delicious and nostalgic tea for me! I remember as a little girl going into Chinatown in Toronto with my mom to shop for beautiful things and treasures, we would often stop into a noodle or dim sum restaurant for a spot of lunch and I would always marvel at the small handleless tea cups and a the beautiful fragrant tea from the teapot. That tea was jasmine green tea.
I searched for a great jasmine green tea to bring into the shop for you all, and this one brought me back to those days in the 70s as a wee girl.
A beautiful green tea from Jiangxi Province, China is devine, abundant Jasmine character on a seasonal green tea. This Jasmine flavor is only possible with night blooming Jasmine flowers harvested in May.
But, you might wonder why it’s called Golden ProsperiTEA? Well, the two plants, both tea (Camellia sinensis) and Jasmine are herbs that are used in prosperity magic and intention making. So, why not bring a little more prosperous energy into your healthy cuppa!?!
Organic Ingredients: Chinese green tea, infused with night blooming jasmine flowers, jasmine flower buds & petals.
Directions: cooled boiled water (5-7 minute cool down) poured over 1 teaspoon of tea, steep 1-3 mins. Enjoy plain or with sweetener of your choice. Can be re-brewed hot up to 3 times.
Amazing cold brewed or iced.
