You may be wondering who Bernie is and why he has a Sweet Tooth?
Well, Bernie was my Dad. When I was a little girl, he had a candy store called The Sweet Tooth as his side hustle, as he was a salesman his whole life. I remember the times he would take me to the store with him, and I would walk around the mall with my kooky Ostrich marionette.
Other times he would bring home treats, one of which was Fiddle Faddle, a caramel popcorn with peanuts. It was a real treat. Later in life for a guilty pleasure, I would eat that sticky sweet popcorn as a reminder of those special memories.
This tea reminds me of that delicious treat. It has beautiful toffee tones that mellow into a beautiful sweet vanilla caramel that is balanced by the earthy, rich and naturally sweet rooibos leaves. A wonderful afternoon indulgence, and without the extra calories!
Ingredients: Rooibos leaves, calendula petals, and natural toffee/caramel flavour. Caffeine free. Vegan Friendly. Gluten Free.
Directions:
1 teaspoon per cup, use boiled water and steep for 5 -7 mins.
