Part of the Wellness Tisane Series, I created this blend as I have heard from so many people that they are having a hard time staying asleep. And it’s true, we aren’t sleeping as well as we should, due to so many other factors that we are not in control of.
While there are many things we should do to ensure we sleep well, this tisane will be a beautiful way to get you to the deeper REM sleep cycles your body needs to function the next day. With ingredients to help your body not only relax, but to help the brain unwind. The best way to enjoy this tisane is to brew this blend about an hour before bed, and then shut off your devices, read a book or practice some self-care, perhaps with a bath, while disconnecting and allowing yourself to get some well deserved rest.
Deep Sleep Herbal Tisane
Organic Ingredients: Egyptian chamomile, calendula, lemon balm, passionflower petals and leaves, hops, rose petals, lemon verbena and linden flowers.
Directions: 1 heaped tbsp, use boiled water and steep for 5 – 10 mins
