Join me and discover the art of broom making this fall at Dundurn National Historic Site, Hamilton in this hands-on crafting workshop!
Your visit begins in Dundurn’s Historic Kitchen Garden, where you’ll see how broom materials are prepared. Next, head inside, where Amy will guide you through a step-by-step workshop to learn the basics of broom making, create a set of kitchen tools, and design and decorate a triple-style hand broom adorned with beautiful dried flowers straight from Dundurn’s Historic Kitchen Garden.
